1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions Betlabel (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and its users. betlabel.wine By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you fully agree to all of these terms.

These terms have been made available in Bengali for your convenience. However, in the event of any conflict with another language version, the English version shall be considered final.

• These terms may be updated at any time, with notice provided via email or on-site.

• Betlabel reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue its services at any time.

2Account Registration & Verification

BetlabelTo open an account with us, you must register with accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and the balance may be confiscated.

Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, household, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all associated accounts — new and old — will be closed.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Betlabel Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (may vary by payment method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 24–72 business hours
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete
• Funds in your bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• If a transaction is cancelled for any reason, the amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days

4Betting Rules

BetlabelBefore placing a bet with us, please read the specific rules for the relevant event. Different rules may apply for different sports.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cashout option is available.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-game (with more than 50% completed), the result may still be considered valid.
• Betlabel reserves the right to void any bet placed with erroneous odds.
• If any single event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that event will be removed from the parlay.
• In Live Betting, if a disconnection occurs, the odds at which the bet was confirmed remain valid.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Betlabel reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

• Each bonus carries its own Wagering Requirement, typically 10–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Each bonus has a specific claim window. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• The same person or household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on designated sports or markets.
• If you attempt to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions Betlabelis strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Exploiting the betting system or taking advantage of technical errors
• Participating in collusion or match fixing
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Accessing from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members

7Privacy & Data Protection

• All data is secured with SSL/TLS encryption
• Financial data is stored in compliance with PCI-DSS standards
• Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law
• You may request deletion of your data (subject to certain legal limitations)

8Account Suspension & Closure

Betlabel Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed for any of the following reasons:

• If you violate the terms
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• Due to extended inactivity (over 12 months)

You may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned, but bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming

Betlabel Responsible betting is always our top priority. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction.

• Set deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly
• Cooling-Off Period – Take a break from betting for a set period of time
• Self-Exclusion – Restrict your account for 6 months or permanently
• Review your betting history and monitor your spending

10Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please contact our support team first. All complaints are reviewed within 7 business days.

You have the right to approach an independent dispute resolution body against any final decision made by Betlabel. This process is completely free of charge.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

Betlabel We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, at least 14 days' notice will be given via email or a site announcement.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of the page.
